An Airbus A380 was never just an aircraft—it was a stage, a statement, and for many the very definition of the “big trip.” With this officially licensed edition, we’re continuing a new chapter of a long-standing partnership with Lufthansa. And it’s not our first time turning A380 history into something that lasts: with multiple A380 editions behind us, we know just how much character lives in this material—and how to make you feel it the moment you pick it up.
D-AIMI carried the name “Berlin”—and that’s exactly what makes her such a great story. Not just as a long-haul workhorse, but as a symbol: identity, presence, and that unmistakable moment at the gate when you realize something bigger is about to push back. She was christened on 22 May 2012 at Berlin Tegel, a rare day when aviation briefly became a public event. From her first flight in 2011 to her final ferry in 2021, her timeline frames an A380 era that feels more relevant again today than most people ever expected.
This edition is for everyone who didn’t just see the A380, but felt it: the boarding moment, the calm inside that vast fuselage, the unique tension right before pushback. Every tag is one of a kind—marked by the subtle traces that make aircraft material genuinely authentic. In your hand is aluminum from D-AIMI: material that’s been out there, lived through wind and weather, and now gets a second life as a tag—whether you keep it as a collectible, clip it to your keys, or carry it as a small everyday memory anchor.
At launch, this edition is available only in white. The tag itself is aluminum—clean, iconic, and as timeless as many people remember the Lufthansa A380. A glare variant will follow at a later date.
