Due to the Corona crisis, there are currently massive shipping restrictions in place for international deliveries. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures).
Currently Germany and most of Europe is not affected by this, however Deutsche Post (Economy Class Shipping partner) is not in a position to deliver to certain cities, regions or countries outside of Europe anymore. For most of those areas, we can only offer DHL Express as delivery option until further notice.
Also, there are a number of countries that we cannot ship to at all the moment. In this case we will of course safe the Aviationtag(s) you ordered for you and will send them as soon as we can.

USA: Economy Class shipping is available again to the USA as of today. Please note that it will be shipped with ocean freight by Deutsche Post and lead times will be WAY longer (up to 3 months). If you are in a hurry, please choose DHL Express.
AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND: Economy Class shipping is available again to the Australia and New Zealand as of today. Please note that it will be shipped with a mix of air and ocean freight by Deutsche Post and lead times will be longer. If you are in a hurry, please choose DHL Express.
INDIA : Restrictions vary per city and region – please check the links of the courier services directly.

If your order was dispatched already, it might come back to our office. In that case we will send it out again as soon as the restrictions are waived. Of course you will get your tags as soon as possible! If you are uncertain, please check your tracking number.
