Air Canada Boeing 767 – C-FCAG

O Canada!

We’ve teamed up with Air Canada to present a new Aviationtag Boeing 767 edition here, the former C-FCAG!

In 1988, Boeing delivered the 767-300 with the manufacturer serial number (MSN) 24085 to Canadian Airlines International – a merger of the airlines Canadian Pacific Air Lines (CP Air), Nordair and Pacific Western Airlines (PWA).

When Canadian Airlines International became part of Air Canada in 2001, so did the C-FCAG, receiving the now legendary maple leaf on its fin for the first time. In 2018, the B767-300 was parked in the Mojave Desert and ultimately recycled in 2019.

We were able to get our hands on a piece of this beautiful Air Canada plane in its shimmering, blue/mint-coloured livery design and present it here as a limited-edition Aviationtag.

The Boeing 767 is a twinjet wide-body plane and was Boeing’s first long-haul aircraft with just two engines. Depending on the configuration, it can transport up to 375 passengers more than 10,000 km. The last passenger aircraft left the factory doors in June 2014 – the cargo or military version of the 767 is still being manufactured down to this very day.

More than 1,100 aircraft of this series were built. The 767-300 is a good 55m long and boasts a wingspan of 48m. At its maximum speed of 851 KM/H it can reach ranges of over 10,000 KM.

Note: Every tag is unique. Depending on the plane, tags may vary in terms of haptics, material thickness and colour. Small blemishes bear witness to the plane’s long history and are an authentic reminder of its glory days over the clouds. Small scratches, flaky paint and imperfections are totally normal and give our Aviationtags their unique charm – the charm of a vintage product crafted from upcycled materials. These quirks are not the result of the production process, they simply reflect the state of the aircraft material we use when it was extracted. The original aircraft paint of this edition is rather sensitive, so please take good care of your tag!
