Christmas FAQ 2018
2018 has been a fantastic and exciting year for us at Aviationtag, and that is all because of YOU! We are very grateful for your loyalty and ongoing support and would like to thank you for that.
Now that Christmas is approaching, we would like to provide you with the latest information about our opening hours and the cutoff dates if you would still like to put your Aviationtags under the Christmas tree.
Would you like to make someone happy with our Aviationtags for Christmas? Magnificent idea! That will surely work out well if you order early enough and follow our recommendations.
If you use Economy Class Shipping with Deutsche Post, it is highly unlikely that you will receive your order before Christmas unless you are in Germany or Central Europe. In that case, you should order no later than December 13; however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time. Obviously, delivery times are beyond our control, and those guys are extremely busy.
However, if you want to make sure you still receive your Aviationtags before Christmas, we strongly recommend using First Class Shipping with DHL Express. The cutoff date is December 19 for Germany and Europe and December 17 for the rest of the world. After this date, you may have to give the Aviationtags as a New Year's gift.
Our office is closed from December 24 until January 2, 2019. There will be no shipping during this time. Starting January 3, we will begin shipping your orders again.
