Note: Every tag is unique. Depending on the aircraft, each piece can differ in feel, material thickness, and color. Small dents and subtle marks tell stories of years in the air and bring the character of past days to life. Minor scratches, paint chips, and irregularities are completely normal and give every Aviationtag its special charm — the charm of a vintage product made from upcycled materials. These features are not caused by the production process; they reflect the condition of the original aircraft material.
If you plan to use your tag as a keychain or luggage tag, we recommend the Aviationtag protective cover.

Yes, small dents, scratches, paint chips or other signs of use are possible. These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.
