Aviationtag X Air North, Yukon's Airline

Let's delve into the history of our latest Aviationtag edition, born from the Hawker Siddeley 748, registered as C-FYDY. In 1968, this aircraft commenced its remarkable journey with Fiji Airways before making its mark with Air Pacific, Mount Cook, and finally, Air North, Yukon's Airline, starting in 1996.

It soared the skies relentlessly until its last flight in 2015. This Aviationtag edition is the result of our collaboration with Air North, enabling you to own a piece of aviation history with a unique story. Crafted with precision and passion, this tag transcends being merely an accessory; it's a tangible piece of the Air North Hawker Siddeley 748's legacy.

Aviationtags serve as more than just ordinary keychains or luggage tags; they encapsulate the rich history and unique stories of retired aircraft. Attach them to your belongings or add them to your collection to carry a piece of aviation history wherever you go.

You can purchase a maximum of one two-colored Aviationtag from the Air North Collection here. It can be either gray/orange or white/orange and will be randomly selected for shipping. The proportion of the second colors is not always equal and can be rather small.

A notice: Every Aviationtag is unique. Depending on the plane, they differ in their feel, thickness of the material and color. Small bumps tell of the many years in the air and express the character of days gone by. Minor scratches, paint chips and bumps are completely normal and give the Aviationtag its special charm - that of a vintage product made from upcycled materials. These special features did not arise from the production process, but rather reflect the condition of the aircraft material used!

When used as a key ring or as a luggage tag, we recommend using the Aviationtag protective cover.

Yes, small dents, scratches, paint chips or other signs of use are possible. These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.
