This airline was formed in 2012 through the merger with LAN Airlines, a Chilean airline.

From 2016, the Airbus A320 PR-MAP was operated by Latam Brazil before it was retired in 2020 and eventually recycled in 2022. These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.

If you lose your Aviationtag, our Lost & Found Service can help: simply register it on our “Register” page using the serial number, aircraft registration and your contact details. For tags with a NoLongerLost QR code, scan the code on the back with your smartphone or enter the 8-digit code on nolongerlost.com to register your tag. If your Aviationtag is found, the finder can scan the code or report it to us, and we will do our best to help bring it back to you.
