Introducing our latest Aviationtag Edition! We are delighted to unveil the Airbus A320 with the registration PR-MAP. This aircraft, with the MSN 1857, was delivered to TAM, a Brazilian airline that operates as LATAM Airlines Brasil and is a subsidiary of the LATAM Airlines Group. This airline was formed in 2012 through the merger with LAN Airlines, a Chilean airline.

From 2016, the Airbus A320 PR-MAP was operated by Latam Brazil before it was retired in 2020 and eventually recycled in 2022. Now, you have the unique opportunity to own a piece of South American aviation history. Each Aviationtag has been carefully crafted from the materials of the original aircraft, carrying the story and charm of the Airbus A320 PR-MAP.

Here you can purchase a surprise Aviationtag, which we will send randomly. It is manufactured from the Brazilian and Paraguayan flags. These tags can be monochrome (e.g., green or blue - approximately 50% of Aviationtags), two-tone (e.g., green/white or blue/white - approximately 35% of Aviationtags), or even multicolored (approximately 15% of Aviationtags).

Kleine Unebenheiten erzählen von den vielen Jahren in den Lüften und bringen den Charakter vergangener Tage zum Ausdruck. Kleinere Kratzer, Lackabplatzungen und Unebenheiten sind völlig normal und geben dem Aviationtag seinen besonderen Charme – eben den eines Vintage Produktes aus upgecycelten Materialien. Diese Besonderheiten sind nicht durch den Produktionsprozess entstanden, sondern spiegeln den Zustand des verwendeten Flugzeugmaterials wider!

These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.

If you lose your Aviationtag, our Lost & Found Service can help: simply register it on our “Register” page using the serial number, aircraft registration and your contact details. For tags with a NoLongerLost QR code, scan the code on the back with your smartphone or enter the 8-digit code on nolongerlost.com to register your tag. If your Aviationtag is found, the finder can scan the code or report it to us, and we will do our best to help bring it back to you.
