For most destinations, we offer standard shipping with DHL – our Economy Class – as well as express shipping with DHL Express – our First Class. Delivery time depends on whether you choose standard shipping or express shipping. With DHL Express, your order usually reaches you worldwide within a few days. Standard shipping can take significantly longer depending on the destination country; for distant countries and due to customs processing in the destination country, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

For orders to Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom and the USA, all fees are already covered with your order; there should be nothing extra to pay upon delivery. For all other countries, your home country may charge additional duties, taxes or fees upon import, which must be paid by you. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.

If you lose your Aviationtag, our Lost & Found Service can help: simply register it on our “Register” page using the serial number, aircraft registration and your contact details. For tags with a NoLongerLost QR code, scan the code on the back with your smartphone or enter the 8-digit code on nolongerlost.com to register your tag. If your Aviationtag is found, the finder can scan the code or report it to us, and we will do our best to help bring it back to you.
