Our latest Aviationtag comes from the fuselage of the De Havilland Canada DHC-6 N460TA, which was once operated by Gravitas Aviation among others. Before that, it flew for decades with Aeralpi, Mackey International Airlines, Eagle Air, and several others – a true workhorse in international service.

It was manufactured in 1967 as MSN 46 by De Havilland Canada – and its last flight was already several years ago. It was last seen at the aviation museum in Budapest. From there, we were able to secure a part of its fuselage before the aircraft was scrapped – giving it a second life as an aircraft tag.

The DHC-6 Twin Otter represents adventure, discovery, and flying away from the mainstream. With the Aviationtag made from upcycled aircraft material, you not only carry a piece of aviation history with you – but also a symbol of the courage to take new paths. Delivery time depends on whether you choose standard shipping or express shipping. With DHL Express, your order usually reaches you worldwide within a few days. These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.

If you lose your Aviationtag, our Lost & Found Service can help: simply register it on our “Register” page using the serial number, aircraft registration and your contact details. For tags with a NoLongerLost QR code, scan the code on the back with your smartphone or enter the 8-digit code on nolongerlost.com to register your tag. If your Aviationtag is found, the finder can scan the code or report it to us, and we will do our best to help bring it back to you.
