Hello Iberia! We are pleased to have another Airbus A320 in our fleet with the EC-GFR Aviationtag welcome family. Delivered to Iberia in 1991 with the MSN 224, the A320-200 flew until 2012 under the baptismal name "Dehesa de Moncayo" (name of a Spanish nature park) for the former state carrier from the Iberian Peninsula. In 2012, as part of the restructuring, Iberia Express was created, which EC-GFR served until 2013.

The Airbus A320 is a twin-engine, short- and medium-haul, single-aisle airliner for a maximum of 180 passengers, produced by the European manufacturer Airbus S.A.S. As the first variant, it is the basic model of the low-wing A320 family. As the world's first production aircraft with fly-by-wire controls and side sticks, it was also called the "Atari aircraft".

These marks do not come from production, but from the aircraft’s time in service, flying millions of miles and being exposed to weather, UV radiation and extreme conditions at high altitude. They are part of what makes every Aviationtag unique – a genuine piece of aviation history.

If you lose your Aviationtag, our Lost & Found Service can help: simply register it on our “Register” page using the serial number, aircraft registration and your contact details. For tags with a NoLongerLost QR code, scan the code on the back with your smartphone or enter the 8-digit code on nolongerlost.com to register your tag. If your Aviationtag is found, the finder can scan the code or report it to us, and we will do our best to help bring it back to you.
